Comfort: One of the first things we noticed when we got settled in the first night was how comfortable our room was. The beds were incredibly soft and assisted in an extremely restful night after busy days. But the comfort was not limited to just the rooms! The entire property had a comfort level to it from the cleanliness to how quiet the nights were. If you are coming to Texican Court for rest and relaxation, you won’t have any trouble with that!
Location: It is no secret that location is everything and that could not be any truer than where Texican Court is located. Situated in the Las Colinas section of Irving, visitors have their fingers on the pulse of all the local goings-on when they are here! Sitting just across the street from the Toyota Music Factory ensures visitors have all the delicious food and music they can handle. Additionally, visitors stay merely yards away from Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canals, where they take a cruise through scenic inlets and canals in a gondola.
Two Mules Cantina: If you have never eaten at true Tex-Mex restaurant, then Two Mules Cantina, on the property of Texican Court, will give you the Old Mexico experience you desire! Two Mules offers a wide array of dishes and drinks of all kinds. In addition, there fireplace and patio area are usually packed with people ready to hear the music that is played a couple of nights a week. One of the fundraisers they have for a local animal shelter is called Yappy Hour, where sales from various drinks go toward the four-legged friends.
Salt Tequila Bar: Open from 3pm-11pm every day, Salt offers visitors tastings, tacos, and a lot of conversation and if you ask us, there is not much better than that. Stop in and have them make you one of their signature cocktails or have a tasting of some of the Southwests’ most famous tequilas. Either way, you can’t go wrong.
Live Music: If you are a fan of live music, there is no better place for you to spend a few nights. Live music is hosted every Thursday through Saturday here and just across the street is the Toyota Music Factory where you will find even more! No matter what your favorite genre is, you will find a sound you love while staying at Texican Court.
